    Description

    Donated by a prestigious cancer center in Boston, used breast prostheses in various sizes and models. We believe these were manufacturer's samples.
    One of the breast forms (photos #3,4,5) has the TruLife logo and the number SA9.  We are unsure of the model, but believe it to be a Size 9.  I have included a photo of the form with a tape measure as well as a tracing of the form.  The form itself weights 0.66 lbs.
    Photo #7 shows TruLife protheses in sizes 3, 5 and 7.
    A few of the breast forms are in carrying cases, but most are not.
