Inspired by visual illusionist illustartor MC Escher, the 3D Cube String Cajon from Latin Percussion captures the cutting-edge artist's keen, playful eye and delivers great sound at the same time! This gorgeous cajon is made from layered Siam oak and Indian lilac and features a slightly wider body design for big bottom end. Six angle-mounted guitar strings create exceptionally snappy snare tones as well, giving you a wonderful blend of tone and outstanding projection. Here at Sweetwater, we noticed how strongly this cajon sits in the mix of acoustic ensembles. It can also be mic'd for amplified performance.
