This is an officially licensed U.S. Coast Guard chase boat set by Excite.  The boat will float in water, is about 12" long, includes a couple a couple figures and a number of accessories, and is still brand new and factory sealed.  The packaging has a little denting and some other wear & tear from age and storage though no really severe wear and nothing which would effect the package contents.
