Vintage Classical Guitar Neubauer Wien Austrian German needs some repair

Description

Original owner said she had this for 50 plus years, the neck heal has some movement, and I feel a loose brace inside, which is making the top caving inward, few scratches and some wear but still a stunning looking guitar, needs new strings as well, over all measures around 37 inches with bottom bout 13 5/8
